Life is a puzzle
Its a question mark
Its a mystery
It can be beautiful or ugly
Recently Ive had a lot of time in my hands
To do a lot of things
But I have been thinking a lot lately
Today I thought about life
It seems that all the things in my life
Have worked out, most of the time
In a good way...
I wonder why or how it works out so
Perfectly
Its like a jigsaw puzzle piece falling
Into that perfect spot
Things fit perfectly to create a picture
That is life I guess
The more interesting thing is that
Puzzle pieces of my life can interact with
Other people's pieces
In other words, my actions can effect
Someone I dont even know
For instance, someone quits their job
Because they needed to, then I get hired
Because the previous employee quit
Then I quit because I have my reasons
Then someone else is going to get hired
To fill in my place
So when I quit my job, it opens an
Opportunity for someone I dont even
Know
This process will repeat countless times
Envolving countless amount of people
So what is the lesson?
Everything will work out
Its like that saying
"When one door closes, another will open"
We all just have to wait patiently
We need to have some confidence
And determination
If we have those, we can
Lead a truly worry-free life
That is the beauty of life
Because Life is not something out of control
We can control Life if we choose to

Tricked But Glad
Recently I discovered the joy of social chatting sites
On there i met a girl who claimed to be attending UC Davis
she was 19 year old freshmen
Blond with blue eyes and looking for some people (guys) to chat
and maybe meet
She and I talked and I felt that she was really nice person
She said she felt the same and wanted to meet
When she said that I was excited
She said her brother's birthday was coming up and will be in the area
since her brother attends UC Riverside
So i told her to come to Starbucks near by
the Time was 5:00 PM
she and i talked until we got disconnected
I saved our chat and read it over the next day
something didnt add up
She said she lives in San Jose
but she and she and her family will be visiting
her brother
It is her brother's birthday and birthdays are special day
once in a year thing
so i understand if they visit for a week
but from San Jose?
not to mention her brother's birthday is on a weekday
I dont think both of her parents would take a week off
from their work just to visit
Plus I know that my friends are busy studying for their
Midterms
He would be too busy to celebrate
Plus he would rather celebrate with his friends with some alcohol
than with family
Plus the part about being there for a week is bit suspicious
Her brother was staying in the dorms so that means
her family will have to get a room at a hotel or a motel
which is very expensive
she also said her brother will give her a ride to our meeting location
but how?
he has classes and midterm
Riverside to our location is 2 to 2.5 hour drive
that means he has to leave at least at 2:30 PM
and on Tuesday
lets say he doesnt have any classes that day
but the last fact proves that she is faking
She said she was attending UC Davis
She said she was visiting her brother for a week
because she was on winter break
When I checked UC Davis's Winter Quarter begins in January 4th
And there is no way a student would miss weeks worth of instructions
just for her brother's birthday
so my conclusion...
i dont even know if she is a girl or a guy just playing with me
but one thing is for certain
if i dont go to our meeting destination at the planned time
i would wonder "Was she really there? Did i stood her out?" for the rest of my life
So my plan....
I am going to the planned Starbucks at the planned time (5:00 PM)
Its ok if she doesnt show up
Its for my own sake
If she doesnt show up I would know that she didnt show up
and I have to be careful about these things in the future
plus I know that she didnt show up
If she does show up
maybe we will enjoy ourselves
and maybe we can take things bit further
and form a relationship
or at least a friendship
I have nothing to lose...In fact I gained something

preparing for our date...conversation topics, what i am going to wear, etc
This helped me forget about my old love
my 4 year crush
I felt more enlightened for this 1 week
and for that i am grateful for her
