so its the 1st of January
time for New years Resolutions
although many of us forget them after a week
i am gonna try to keep my resolution for the month of January at least...
we will see how long my composure will last...
anyways
this year, my resolutions will be about health
last year it was about knowledge and faith
so why health?
well i have noticed that i gained weight and i can see fat collection on my stomach
after college started, i ate a lot of fast food and had less time to shoot hoops with friends and go to gym and work out
although school is only half way finished
i am willing to make room for some exercise, since 24 Fitness is few blocks away, and i can also wake up in the morning
another thing
i am going to sleep early, instead of 4AM maybe 1 or 12AM
now last resolution will be about socializing
i am one of those people who, when meeting new people, stays quietly and listen and observe
this year i am gonna try to extrovert more
and try to be more confident
